We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service. You
can view everything we store about you at any time by sending the
/mydata command.

Any information you voluntarily include in your messages to Eliora — including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, health details, passwords, or other sensitive data — may be stored as part of your conversation history and AI summaries. You are solely responsible for the content you share. We strongly advise against sharing sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through the Service. We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from sensitive information you choose to share.

Messages you send to Eliora are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's API usage policy states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. We do not send your Telegram user ID or personal identifiers to Anthropic — only the conversation content needed to generate a response.
/forget command, your conversation history and AI
summaries are deleted. Account metadata and goals may be retained
unless you explicitly request full deletion.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (where Anthropic and Vercel operate). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries. We rely on the data protection measures described in this policy and the policies of our third-party providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the bot or update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
heyEliora is open source. Every line of code that handles your data is publicly auditable. There is no hidden data collection, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking scripts.
